These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the legal agreement between the 23bd platform and all its users ("you" or "Member"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 23bd, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 23bd website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who is registered and approved on 23bd.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds deposited in a Member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive funds or benefits provided by 23bd.
• "Real Money" refers to transactions conducted in actual Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wager" refers to the amount of money spent to participate in any game or event.

When creating an account on 23bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and funds being withheld.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and phone number you provide must match your real identity.
• An email address may only be used for one account.

2.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security, 23bd reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. As part of this process, a copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Meeting the following conditions is mandatory to use 23bd's services:

• Age: For individuals aged 21 and above only — if age cannot be verified, the account will be closed.
• You must be located in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Individuals who are mentally incapacitated or declared a minor by a court may not use the service.
• Individuals who have adopted a self-exclusion policy, either personally or through an organisation, may not open an account.
• Officers, employees of 23bd and their immediate family members may not become Members.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 23bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Funds deposited into an account must come only from a method registered in that Member's name.
• Deposits from payment methods registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Deposit amounts must come from your own funds — betting with borrowed money is discouraged.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a request is approved, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals are only made to the same method used to deposit funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• 23bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if unusual activity is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

23bd offers new Members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Program

23bd's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, Members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Bonus funds are not transferable as cash without special reason. 23bd reserves the right to verify any Member's eligibility to receive a bonus.

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on 23bd are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes incorrect odds or amounts to be displayed on the platform, 23bd reserves the right to void those bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets and odds depend on the schedule and results of actual events. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant rules.

6.3 Casino Games

23bd features games from various leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules and all games are operated to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 23bd and may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Introducing any form of hacking, viruses, or malicious code into the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games artificially.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Defrauding or harassing other Members.
• Using a false identity or committing fraud during the identity verification process.

23bd also reserves the right to take legal action against any Member found to be engaged in prohibited activities.

23bd is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, we are not liable for the following:

• Disruptions to games or bets caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Problems caused by faults in your device or software.
• Server issues with third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account information with a third party.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

8.1 Maximum Liability

In any circumstance, 23bd's total liability is limited to the amount of real funds present in your account at the time of the incident. 23bd is not liable in any way for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Self-exclusion activated at the Member's own request.
• Failure to verify age or evidence that the Member is a minor.
